Continuing up Burngreave Road, just below the junction of Catherine Street and Burngreave Street, is a large brick house called Clumber Villas, built in 1890. It has a hexagonal shaped tower at one end. On the front walls there are two ornamental stone panels, each with a blank shield surrounded by flowers.
