Starting at Lady's Bridge, just beyond Castle Market, travel along The Wicker. On the right hand side of the road are the old offices of Samuel Osborn Steel Works, now used by Sheffield and District African Caribbean Community Association (SADACCA). At the front of the building , above the windows on the first floor, are some fine carved stone heads. Above the doorways on the ground floor are a collection of symbols including a hand holding a hammer with part of a cog wheel and a bearded head with ram's horns. There is also a plaque with the date 1853 carved on it (although records show that Samuel Osborn moved to these offices in 1868).
