Weston Park Museum has been delighting visitors of all ages for almost 150 years. With its grand neoclassical architecture and characterful galleries, it offers an unforgettable backdrop for your big day.

Your ceremony will take place the museum’s beautiful, Victorian-themed Picturing Sheffield gallery, amongst floor-to-ceiling displays presenting artists’ views of the city. You’ll exchange rings in front of one of the stars of the city’s art collection, John Singer Sargent’s much-loved The Misses Vickers

Wedding breakfasts and receptions are hosted in Picturing Sheffield, and in the Sheffield Stories gallery, with its vibrant displays chronicling the history of the city and its people. There’s plenty more for your guests to discover throughout the day, from Spike the Woolly Rhino to Joe Scarborough’s spectacular panorama, Sheffield Through the Ages.

The museum is surrounded by one of Sheffield’s most beautiful green spaces, Weston Park, offering an incomparable setting for those all-important wedding photographs. And if you’re planning a ceremony in park’s picturesque bandstand, then the museum is the perfect place to continue your celebrations.

The Picturing Sheffield gallery at Weston Park Museum was the perfect venue for our ceremony. All our guests commented on the ambience of the room.
