Pop-up Exhibition – Sheffield Hospitals Charity: Impact on Sheffield’s NHS

This unique exhibition features physical representations and thought-provoking information about vital projects across Sheffield’s NHS that have only been possible thanks to the generous donations from the people of Sheffield to the charity.

Visitors will be immersed into a clinical world with ten ‘treatment bays’ showcasing the breadth and depth of support given to Sheffield Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Sheffield Health and Social Care Foundation Trust by the charity. The exhibit features high impact pieces of equipment, the range of health inequalities found on the number 83 bus route and support for NHS staff funded by the charity.

It also contains a moving representation of the worries people go through when receiving a cancer diagnosis and how emotional and practical support is made available through charitable funding. Ultimately, the exhibition shows what can be achieved when we come together to make healthcare better for all of us.

This exhibition is being organised by Sheffield Hospitals Charity and is in addition to Sheffield Museums' exhibition programme.
