Full Day Wedding Package
Everything you need for a seamless day — from “I do” to last dance.
£11,600 for 80 guests (minimum)
Your day includes:
- Ceremony in our stunning Crucible Shop at 3pm (includes tables, chairs, white backdrop curtain, and PA system for your music)
- Drinks reception from 4pm inside the museum’s atmospheric galleries
- Wedding breakfast & evening celebration in the beautiful Upper Gallery
- Round tables with tablecloths and top table
- Fairy lights and a sparkling disco ball
- PA system with microphones for speeches and background music
- DJ included from 7pm to 12.30am
Food & Drink:
- Drinks reception
- Starter or a selection of 4 canapés
- Main course: Classic pie, mash & peas
- Evening buffet: Choose from burritos, roast meat sandwiches or bacon butties
- Full-service bar in the Upper Gallery
- Catering by PJ Taste

Evening Wedding Reception Package
Ideal if you’re getting married elsewhere and want to celebrate in style.
£10,900 for 80 guests (minimum)
Includes:
- Access to the museum from 4pm for your drinks reception
- Full evening hire of the Upper Gallery
- Round tables with tablecloths and top table
- Fairy lights, disco ball, and PA system
- DJ from 7pm to 12.30am
Food & Drink:
