Sheffield Designers: Tools for the 21st Century
Can you design a tool for the 21st century? Innovative designers and craftspeople have created amazing objects made of metal for many years in Sheffield.
Bring your class to investigate some of the decorative processes they’ve used and to view exhibition pieces designed by some of Sheffield’s top makers.
In the afternoon, pupils will be asked to design, make and evaluate a prototype multi-function tool in card. They will also design their own Maker's Mark.
