Spotlight: Blacksmithing at Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet

Join blacksmith David Southgate as he forges a J Hook in his workshop at Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet.

 

Dating back to the 1700s and established as a rural scythe and steelworks, this Scheduled Ancient Monument is still home to a number of makers today.
