Join us for this relaxed walking tour around the city centre and discover a variety of murals that decorate Sheffield’s streets.
Sheffield has a thriving street art and graffiti scene, likely aided by the city’s industrial past, which has allowed for many empty walls, warehouses and derelict industrial buildings to be readily available canvasses for the artists in our city. Many artists that started out transforming these spaces with their art are now internationally recognised artists like Phlegm, Faunagraphic and Kid Acne, whose work we’ll see along the walking route.
The tour will start at the Millennium Gallery, and end at the Phlegm mural on the former Eyewitness Works building on Egerton Lane, taking in several other artworks along the way.
