In this special evening event, join artist Pete McKee at Weston Park Museum for an unmissable insight into his latest exhibition.
Hear Pete in conversation with BBC Radio Sheffield’s Paulette Edwards, as they talk all about his work, inspiration and how he approached his latest exhibition, The Boy with a Leg Named Brian: Memoirs by Pete McKee.
He'll take you take you on a nostalgia-filled journey through his formative years in the 1970s and the clothes, games, music, art and popular culture that has inspired his work, as chronicled through the paintings, prints and sculptures featured in the exhibition.
There will be time at the end of the talk to meet Pete for a book signing – you can pre-order the book accompanying the exhibition with your event ticket, or copies will be available to purchase in the museum shop on the night.
