Originally built around 1838, the house has stables adjoining it and just opposite, which reflects the importance of horse-drawn transport for a works of this size and location.
The Hamlet is currently closed for the winter and we look forward to welcoming you in the spring
Joni, the Hamlet cafe, is open daily throughout the winter
