ArtWorks Creative Weekend: Landscape Painting

Join landscape painter Richard Johnson and Artworks artists to create your own painting of the sun rising above Higger Tor.  

This session for adults will take place in the comfort of the activity room in the Millennium Gallery. Richard will lead you with a step-by-step demonstration, which you’ll follow and paint along yourself. There’s no experience needed and all materials are provided. 

This workshop is organised by ArtWorks and forms part of the programme of events complementing the exhibition ArtWorks Together International 2026, which continues at the Millennium Gallery until Sunday 31 May. Tickets have been subsidised through project funding.
